March 9, 2024: On Saturday, March 9, Ahannah Org organized a stakeholders meeting, involving chiefs, other community leaders and community members at Kabila Nursery School premises. Some of the special guests included the guest of honor GVH Jojojo Mkandawire, GVH Kambombo, GVH Kaseka Chisi, and Village Heads from two VDCs.
The meeting was convened to map the way forward for sustainable development in the community by using the available resources, community effort and dedication. GVHs promised Ahannah and the other stakeholders during the meeting that they will finalize formulating community by-laws aimed at guiding and promoting sustainable development in the community.
March 9, 2024: The stakeholders meeting of 9 March also included a field activity in which the stakeholders took time to plan trees on the school grounds. This was statement of intent to reflect the main mission of the meeting which aimed at strategizing on how to promote sustainable development in the community.

Our Major Projects
Ahannah Nursery School
Children are the future and it is our duty to ensure that their needs are met and their talents are nurtured as early as possible. Ahannah Nursury School provides an environment for education and recreation for children. We also make sure that the children have basic needs provided for, including food and clothing.
Environmental Conservation Clubs
Ahannah is leading communities in taking care of the environment by organizing them into environmental conservation clubs. So far seven such clubs have been set up and are involved in forest care and regeneration activities including tree planting.
Ahannah Trophy
Ahannah Trophy was launched in May this year (2023) in Mzimba district. Up to 18 football teams and 12 netball teams are competing in this trophy. Ahannah Trophy is an initiative that is using sports to help the youth in the community to build character, nurture their talents and focus their energies away from illicit, unhealthy and antisocial activities.
